Plaintiffs, Mrs. J. A. McCann, Ruby Washington, D. H. Moore, Mrs. W. T. Moore, E. N. King’, J. A. and P. L. Riggs and J. C. Carroll, instituted separate suits in the chancery court of Sebastian county against City National Bank and I. H. Nakdimen, its president, as defendants. Involved in these cases are three sets of bonds — two bond issues of the East Oklahoma Publishing Company of $75,000 and $50,000, respectively, the notes of W. L.
