MOISE, Justice.

This is an appeal by Joseph L. Amato from a judgment sustaining an ■ exception of no right or cause of action. ■ •' .

On a consideration of the petition, the Court must take as true, for the pur: poses of the exception, all well pleaded' allegations, but we are not bound ’ tq accept the plaintiff’s or the defendants’ conclusions of law.
