¶1 Michael Reeder appeals his conviction for 14 counts of securities fraud and 14 counts of theft in the first degree. He challenges the trial court’s denial of his motions to appoint new counsel, to suppress evidence obtained with a special inquiry judge subpoena, and to dismiss some or all of the State’s charges as barred by the statute of limitations.
