Waldbaum, Inc. (Waldbaum), a chain of supermarkets in the New York City metropolitan area, commenced this action for injunctive relief and damages in response to picketing admittedly undertaken at the site of its stores. The complaint alleges that picketing began in early July, 1975, it had an unlawful purpose, and was attended by the commission of illegal acts.
