MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NEALON, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff commenced this action on April 2, 1985, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1343 and the First Amendment via the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Plaintiff seeks recovery against defendants pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, § 1985(2), the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution and various state law theories. Plaintiff invokes the court’s pendent jurisdiction over the state law claims. Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b).
