*1462Defendant, the daughter and the son-in-law were charged in a joint indictment with crimes arising from the fire. Following a joint jury trial, defendant was convicted of arson in the third degree, insurance fraud in the second degree, insurance fraud in the third degree (two counts), grand larceny in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree (two counts), reckless endangerment in the second degree, conspiracy in the fourth degree and conspiracy in the fifth degree.
