A special master was appointed to settle a boundary line dispute between two next-door neighbors. The special master recommended a particular dividing line, and the trial court entered an order to that effect. Because we find that the trial court’s order relied upon “evidence” not of record and that insufficient findings were made as to the issue of prescriptive title, we reverse.
