McKAY, Justice.
Suit was brought by Dicker Center, Inc., Edward T. Dicker, Dennis Dicker, Gregory T. Dicker and Jeff Dicker (Dickers) against First Texas Savings Association of Dallas (First Texas) for actual and exemplary damages for First Texas’ refusal to fund a two million dollar loan commitment. After trial before a jury, judgment was rendered for Dicker Center, Inc. and the Dickers in the sum of $962,862.50. First Texas appeals.
