Tbis is an original proceeding for a writ of probibition. Relator Norborne Land Drainage District Company of Carroll County, Missouri, is a drainage district corporation, and relators H. H. Franken and others constitute the board of supervisors of said district. Relator Joe Franken is the secretary and treasurer of said district.
