Garden of Eden Drainage District v. Bartlett Trust Co.

This is a suit based on certain tax bills issued by the plaintiff, an incorporated drainage district of Chariton County, Missouri, against certain lands within said drainage district owned by the defendants. The first count of the petition covers the drainage taxes for the year 1926, and the second count for the year 1927.
