The Director of Revenue (Director) appeals from the judgment reinstating Tamie Hunter’s driving privileges. We reverse and remand.
Director revoked Hunter’s driving privileges for one year for refusing to take a chemical test of her blood pursuant to section 577.041. 1 Hunter filed a petition for review in the circuit court. The case was assigned to a traffic commissioner. The case was submitted on the certified records of the Department of Revenue. Hunter presented no evidence.
