T1 Defendant, Peter Leo Dinkel, appeals the district court's order denying his motion to terminate his probation. We affirm.
*571I. Background
T2 In 2002, defendant pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a child under fifteen by a person in a position of trust, a class 3 felony. See § 18-3-405.3(1), (2)(a), C.R.8.2012. The trial court sentenced him to an indeterminate twenty-year-to-life term of sex offender intensive supervision probation (SOISP) pursuant to section 18-1.3-1004(2)(a), C.R.S.2012.
