Davis v. Zoning Board of Review

This petition for certiorari was brought to review a decision of the zoning board of review of the city of Warwick wherein the board granted an application for an exception to the terms of the zoning ordinance. Pursuant to the writ the respondent board has returned to this court a certified copy of the record in the cause.
