This petition for certiorari was brought to review a decision of the zoning board of review of the city of East Providence wherein permission was granted an applicant to add a second story to an existing office building located on Waterman Avenue in that city. The building is located on land zoned for commercial use, and it appears that the building, altered as proposed, would be a permitted use within that district.
