CIVIL ACTION VERSUS No. 20-390 ENERGY SUBSEA LLC SECTION I ORDER & REASONS Before the Court is plaintiff Mid-Gulf Shipping Company Inc.’s (“Mid-Gulf Shipping”) motion1 for a default judgment against defendant Energy Subsea LLC (“Energy Subsea”).
