In an action to recover possession of real property, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from stated portions of (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated July 19, 1995, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, dismissed the defendant’s third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh counterclaims, dismissed the defendant’s eighth counterclaim to the extent that it seeks to impose a constructive trust on the subject real property and the proceeds of a bank account, and severed the defendant’s first and second counterclaims…
