Affirming.

Mrs. Mary J. Callahan died in 1924 a resident of Jefferson county, Ky. On November 26, 1910, she executed her will, consisting of fifteen items. Following that, and prior to her death in the same year, she executed a codicil thereto, consisting of eight clauses or items. The will and codicil were duly probated after her death in the Jefferson county court. At the time she executed her testamentary papers, and perhaps also at her death, she had ten children, six sons and four daughters, one of the latter being the appellant, Mary P. Bowman,…
