MEMORANDUM
MEREDITH, District Judge.
This case was tried to the Court without a jury. It is a suit on fidelity bond *1271issued by United Bonding Insurance Company to Boston Securities, Inc., to cover any losses of Boston Securities sustained through the fraud or dishonesty of its employees. United Bonding has joined Bruce L. Yates, the allegedly dishonest employee, as a third-party defendant.
