The defendant Surety Company issued a “Brokers Blanket Bond” which undertook to indemnify and hold harmless the plaintiff Mortgage Corporation against losses described as follows: “Fidelity (A) Any loss through any dishonest, fraudulent or criminal act of any of the Employees, committed anywhere and whether committed alone or in collusion with others, including loss of property through any such act of any of the Employees.” The plaintiff’s complaint in the Law Division alleged that it had suffered substantial losses through the dishonesty of…
