MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BENJAMIN E. FRANKLIN, Chief Judge.
This matter comes on before the Court pursuant to the July 29, 1991 hearing on plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. The motion arises out of plaintiffs’ complaint to determine dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4). Wallis F. Swanson, Sheri and Robert Martin, and Kay Swanson (hereinafter collectively referred to as “plaintiffs”) appeared by and through their attorney, Robert F. Nefsky.
