Plaintiff Aaron Chambers (“Chambers”) initiated this action in Montana state court against Defendants Montana Contractors Association Health Care Trust (“Trust”) and Employee Benefit Management Services (“EBMS”) under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Am. Cmplt. (Court’s Doc. No. 8).
