Plaintiffs brought this breach of contract action seeking more than five million dollars in lost commissions, fees, and profits. The Honorable G. Thomas VanBebber granted summary judgment to defendants, and the Tenth Circuit affirmed. Now pending before the court is Defendants’ Application for Attorneys’ Fees and Related Costs (Doc. 328).
