On March 21, 1949, E. M. Frederick, A. J. Frederick and C. W. White, partners as White and Frederick Company, instituted their action of detinue against Hollie Stump, in the Circuit Court of Wood County, to recover the possession of one Northwest Crane, Model 105, Serial No. 2091, Powered by Twin City Gasoline Engine, of the value of five thousand dollars, and for damages on account of the detention thereof.
