All the parties to this suit are residents of the eounty of Victoria, Province of Ontario, Dominion of Canada, the defendant Chas. B. Taylor residing in the town of Cambray and the plain*106tiff Sadler and the defendant John D. Flavelle in the town of Lindsay.
The contract forming the subject of this controversy bears date on the 25th of October, 1892.
