This suit was brought by appellee, as executor *313and trastee, to obtain a construction of the last will and testament of his testator, Hugh L. Hinds, deceased. The beneficiaries under the will are parties to the suit, either as plaintiff or defendants. The cause was tried by the court, and, at the appellants’ request, the court made a special finding of the facts, and stated its conclusions of law thereon. The appellants’ exceptions to the conclusions of law were overruled by the court, and judgment was rendered in accordance therewith.
