Plaintiff prevailed in his suit for specific performance, and defendant Anderson, record owner of the involved property, appeals from the resulting judgment.
Defendant Friedmann, then owner of the property, in August, 1934, entered into a lease with one Nichols, the lease period extending two years from September 1 of that year. Incorporated in the lease was an option granting to the lessee the right of purchasing the property for $2,500 at any time during the lease period.
