Parker, J.:

This was an action instituted under the declaratory judgment statute for the purpose of obtaining judicial construction of a contract and a determination of the rights of parties thereunder. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, and the defendants appeal.

The trial court, at the request of the defendants, made findings of fact and conclusions of law. They fully reveal the contention of the parties as disclosed by the pleadings and the facts as supported by the evidence and for that reason will be quoted by us in lieu of the usual…
