Octavio Orlando Rodriguez, appellant, pleaded guilty pursuant to a plea-bargain agreement to the offense of aggravated robbery with a habitual felony offender enhancement. See TexPenal Code Ann. § 29.03 (Vernon 1994); see also TexPen. Code Ann. § 12.42(b)(Vernon Supp.2001). The trial court followed the plea bargain agreement and sentenced appellant to thirty years confinement. On appeal, appellant complains the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter the judgment because there was no valid indictment. We abate the appeal and remand the case to the trial…
