Donna Welch, individually and as administratrix of the estate of David Welch, appeals from the Montgomery Circuit Court's summary judgment for Montgomery Eye Physicians. We affirm.

Montgomery Eye Physicians, P.C. ("MEP"), is a professional corporation organized and existing under the corporate laws of Alabama. All of the shareholders of MEP are medical doctors authorized to practice medicine in the State of Alabama.
