INTRODUCTION
Melody Dominguez and Stephanie Holdren filed this lawsuit against their former employer, Quigley’s Irish Pub, Inc., and against Nancy Quigley and Michelle Michael, individually, alleging violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (“FLSA”), the Portal-to-Portal Act, 29 U.S.C. § 251, et seq., and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law, 820 111. Comp. Stat. 105/1 et seq. (“IMWL”).
