This case is before the court on a Petition for Review of the decision of the Court of Appeals found at 9 Kan. App. 2d 404, 682 P.2d 122 (1984). The State appealed the trial court’s pretrial order suppressing the results of the blood alcohol test (BAT) given to Randy Bristor (defendant-appellee) shortly after he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
