I dissent. This is a suit by plaintiff-ap-pellee, Vivian S. Black, against defendant-appellant, Northwestern Life Insurance Company on a certificate of life insurance insuring the life of E. C. Black. Appellant sold the Texarkana Water & Sewer Systems of Texarkana, Arkansas, Texas (hereinafter referred as Systems) a group life insurance policy insuring the employees.
