March 30,1901, the plaintiff, D. T. Dennis, married Hattie G. Perkins, a widow who had two sons, the defendants, by a former marriage. Their conduct worried their mother, and she was heard to complain that they wotild not see her or accept her presents and to say that she did not want any of her property after her death to go to them. The plaintiff had been married before, and the answer alleged that trouble arose by reason of his solicitude for his iirst wife and her children.
