In September, 1936, plaintiff filed this action for divorce. He alleged the parties were married in January, 1924; that two children had been born to them, and charged defendant with extreme cruelty, gross neglect of duty, and abandonment for three years. The prayer was for divorce and that the court make such an order for the care and custody of the children as would be deemed proper.
