— Appellant was charged by information, filed October 2, 1924,- with the aggravated crime of possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale, barter, or exchange, after two previous convictions.

The two previous convictions were set out in the information, in substance to the effect that appellant had been theretofore, on March 15, 1924, in Grays Harbor county, Washington, before a justice of the peace, in and for a certain precinct, then convicted of the crime of having in his possession intoxicating liquor; and that he had theretofore, on or about May 13, 1924, in the superior…
