The appellee, George A. Arnold, held the judgment note, past due, of W. McCoy, Anna McCoy and B. E. McCoy, the appellants, on which he caused a judgment by confession to be entered in the City Court of Aurora, October 6, 1913. Execution issued, and on November 29, 1913, the defendants filed a motion to set aside the judgment and for leave to plead and defend on the merits, supported by the affidavit of W.
