Plaintiff, G.E.W. Mechanical Contractors, Inc., appeals from an order granting summary judgment and dismissing its amended complaint against Defendants, The Johnston Company, a corporation, and John Johnston, individually. Two issues are presented on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment and refusing to allow the joinder of Louie Petelski, doing business as G.E.W.
