MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN C. FORD, Bankruptcy Judge.
On 13 February 1985 Debtor, Fresh Approach, Inc., filed its petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Debtor operated, and continues to operate as Debtor-in-Possession, a market featuring a variety of fresh produce and other foodstuffs. In the course of its operations Debtor had for several years purchased produce from Standard Fruit and Vegetable, Movant herein.
