On the 23d day of April, 1931, the Glen Building Corporation, plaintiff in error herein, (hereinafter called the defendant,) recovered a judgment in the DuPage circuit court against Edward D. McLaughlin and John Michalopoulos for $4100 and costs. An execution issued on the judgment was levied by the sheriff of DuPage county on April 27, 1931, on a Barton pipe organ, with accessories and attachments belonging thereto.
