STOKES, Justice.
On the 19th of January, 1931, in the justice court of precinct No. 1, Lamb county, the appellee, Howell, recovered against E. E. Young a judgment in the sum of $137.77, with interest and costs. On the 6th of July, 1932, appellee sued out a writ of garnishment against appellant, Olton State Bank, which writ of garnishment was duly served on appellant. On the 7th of July, 1932, the garnishee answered, admitting an indebtedness of $108.65.
