Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 8, 2008, which, upon reconsideration, *1417adhered to its prior decision ruling, among other things, that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because he lost his employment due to misconduct.
