On March 12, 2007, Plaintiffs Alfreda Keck and Devon Keck, an African-American couple, filed a complaint against Defendant Graham Hotel Systems, Inc. in this court, alleging race discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (“ELCRA”), Mich. Comp. Laws § 37.2802.
