Action by appellees against the Excelsior Clay Works. The case was tried by a jury, and a verdict returned in favor of appellees, assessing their damage at $312.
1. The complaint is in two paragraphs. Prank Pechio was made a defendant to answer to any interest he might claim, and filed a disclaimer of interest. The appellant demurred to the complaint. Said demurrer was overruled, and such ruling is assigned as error.
