This is an action by appellee against appellant for damages to its fire truck, and apparatus connected therewith, alleged to have been caused by reason of appellant operating one of its cars over a street crossing in a negligent manner, and in violation *262of the provisions of certain ordinances, resulting in a collision between said truck and car. Appellant filed a motion to have the complaint on which the cause was tried made more specific, and a demurrer thereto for want of sufficient facts, each of which was overruled.
