MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

This case is now before the court upon petitioner’s motion for attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 11607. The court previously ordered respondent to return petitioner’s children to her custody in accordance with the Convention on International Child Abduction as enforced under the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, 42 U.S.C. § 11601 et seq.
