For a number of years plaintiff has been a member in good standing of the Norwegian Evangelical Lutheran Trinity Congregation of Ada, affiliated with the Hauge Synod. Within a few blocks of the place of worship of this congregation, there existed for a long time .a church owned by our Savior’s Norwegian Lutheran Congregation connected with the United Norwegian Lutheran Church of America. In 1917, the two synodical bodies referred to, and a third, called the Norwegian Evangelical Lutheran Synod of America, merged or consolidated.
