This matter involves two consolidated appeals from a judgment entered in an action against the fee owner of certain premises, and from a judgment against the owner’s lessee, who is also a sublessor in another action, to foreclose mechanics’ liens for labor and materials supplied a sublessee, Hungry Hawaiian Inc.
