In this civil case arising from termination of an employment relationship, plaintiff, Larry N. Wisehart, appeals the summary judgment in favor of defendants, Vectra Bank Colorado, NA and Michael Meganek, dismissing his claims for fraudulent misrepresentation and concealment. We affirm.
