Proceeding instituted in this court, pursuant to section 207 of the Eminent Domain Procedure Law (EDPL), to review the determination and findings made by the City of Schenectady relative to the acquisition of certain real property owned by the petitioner. In an effort to provide • free off-street parking in the City of Schenectady in connection with a program to rejuvenate the downtown district, respondent proposed to acquire petitioner’s property.
