Reversing.
On February 24, 1906, the American Jobbing Association, by its manager, S. Gr. Dunley, drew six drafts on appellee, H. F. Corum, of Artemus, Ky., each for the sum of $52.58 and payable to the order of the American Jobbing Association, in four, six, eight, ten, twelve, and fourteen months after date. Each of these drafts was accepted by Corum. Thereafter, and before the maturity of the drafts, the American Jobbing Association sold them to appellant, C. B'othwell.
